Telsar-LN 5mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

Telsar-LN 5mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.

CAUTION
Telsar-LN 5mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Telsar-LN 5mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Telsar-LN 5mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
Uses of Telsar-LN Tablet
Telsar-LN 5mg Tablet is used in the treatment of high blood pressure.
How to use Telsar-LN Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Telsar-LN 5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How Telsar-LN 5mg Tablet works
Telsar-LN 5mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Cilnidipine and telmisartan. Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB) and telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure.
Common Altered taste, Ankle swelling, Headache, Dizziness, Weakness, Numbness of extremity, Nausea, Edema, Stomach upset, Diarrhoea, Flushing of skin, Increased potassium level in blood, Decreased blood pressure.
